8.0Extraordinarios los restaurantes donde se puede reservar para ir a comer cada noche. El entretenimiento para niños es genial, tienen muchas piscinas para ellos. Es un hotel completamente familiar.
− Nos tocó sargazo y no pudimos aprovechar el mar que era lo mas importante para nosotros.

Valeu a pena a viagem, mas não voltaria mais para este hotel jamais.
4.0O hotel é lindo e tem uma estrutura super completa, as fotos do anúncio são perfeitas. Tem bastante entretenimento, alguns pagos ... a piscina é maravilhosa e o quarto com ótimo tamanho para família de até 4 pessoas.
− os armários eram de madeira e estavam fora de trilho, o que dificultava a abertura e era extremamente pesada a porta, o chuveiro infiltrava agua para o toilet, o wi fi não pegava direito no quarto e em várias áreas do hotel. E o pior para minha família era a falta de gentileza dos funcionários, grosseiros, mal humorados, sem disposição em atender .. faltou atenção gentileza .. nos restaurantes era ainda pior, todos que serviam no buffet de cara amarrada e tratando a comida como lixo jogando de qq jeito no prato... nunca viajei para um resort e fui tão mal atendida ... surreal porque o mau humor dos funcionários é geral em todos os setores, salva apenas 6 no máximo que foram gentis.
