7.0Good value for accommodation with two ensuite bedrooms. Lovely location.
− Not enough hot water for everyone to have a bath/shower. Ask in advance for them to put the heater on. Accommodation more suited to summer let rather than winter as struggled to get the house warm.

8.0I liked the secludedness, the friendly goldcrest visiting the kitchen window in the mornings and the beautiful surroundings. Overall, I loved it and would visit again.
− The smaller bed mattress felt a little tired and think it should be replaced. It was quite cold when we arrived around 5pm in early November and had to wait for the heating to come on, for the whole building, much later. It would have been nice for the heating to be available when we arrived. There is instant heat from an electric fire available in the living room, however. We arrived in the dark and access to the property via car was quite steep and slippery on the newly formed leaves. Not sure if the drive down could be improved for less capable vehicles maybe.
