− The key was not easy to find. Bathtub was a bit dangerous, cos the drain did not draft properly, and the tub got very slippery

4.0Tolle Lage
− Leider war es nicht wirklich sauber. In der Spülmaschine wartete dreckiges Geschirr auf uns, der Abfluss in der Wanne war voller fremder Haare, die Toilettenbürste war ekelhaft, der Fußboden war dreckig und die Heizlüfter waren nicht sicher aufgestellt. Das im preis mit angebotene WLAN konnte nicht genutzt werden da kein Passwort hinterlegt war. Zudem hat der Vermieter nicht auf Anfragen oder Mängel unsererseits reagiert.

8.0Location and comfort of bed. Fully stocked kitchen except for a sharp knife. Bought washing cloths and left them for the next tenant.
− Cleaning crew was a bit off-especially the bathroom. Dishes in the dishwasher, foul cooking odor and dusty light fixtures with a dead plant hanging in the living room. Used a space heater as the radiator did not work in the bedroom.
Gute Lage, aber Mängel bei Sauberkeit, Kommunikation und defekter Heizung im Schlafzimmer
1.0Die Lage war Top!
− Die Kommunikation war schwierig: Auf mehrere Nachrichten zu wichtigen Punkten – insbesondere zur Rechnung – kam keinerlei Antwort. Außerdem gab es in der Wohnung keine Information zum WLAN-Passwort, sodass man dieses erst separat erfragen musste. Eine freundliche Anfrage, ob es möglich wäre, bei der Reinigung nach einem vermissten Gegenstand zu schauen, wurde einfach ignoriert. Gravierend war, dass die Heizung im Schlafzimmer nicht funktionierte, wodurch es nachts unangenehm kalt war (bei Außentemperaturen um 10 °C). Im Winter wäre das kaum zumutbar. Auch bei der Sauberkeit gab es deutliche Mängel: schmutziges Geschirr im Geschirrspüler, ein benutztes Handtuch hinter der WC-Tür, unsaubere Becher und Besteck sowie eine extrem laute knackende Dunstabzugshaube. Die Lage ist zwar sehr gut, aber insgesamt war der Aufenthalt den Preis nicht wert. Mit besserer Reinigung, Instandhaltung und Kommunikation könnte die Unterkunft ihrem Potenzial deutlich näherkommen.
