10.0The villa was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The facilities were excellent and everything was clean and well maintained. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were great and perfect for relaxing. The view over Lake Como and Varenna was absolutely breathtaking. The host was very friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

9.0It is as advertised. The villa is big, two double-beds, the Jacuzzi was very nice. The view was unforgettable, we spent evenings up there just soaking in the view. Host is responsive, provides everything you need (places to eat, numbers for taxis, even offered to arrange us a taxi). Would stay here again. A night shuttle was available from the train station which took us up to the villa at nights.
− It is advertised, but if you have luggage, don't attempt to walk it from the train like we did. It's steep uphill and the road is dangerous (though there are stairs you can find). Just arrange a taxi beforehand.

No small problems spoiled our experiences, because they are easy to fix, so we will be happy to come back again.
10.0Incredibly friendly and pleasant staff, private parking and no one around. A few minutes by car to the city center and a jacuzzi with mountain views. All in all, a beautiful place with incredible mountain views!
− There are slight issues with soundproofing, so be prepared for bathtub sounds to be heard in bedrooms. There were also problems with the Internet that could be solved. A little scale on the kettle and the hot water in the shower heats up a little slowly
