Nie zdecydowałbym się na ponowny pobyt ze względu na aferę z ręcznikami i sąsiadką
4.0Do największych zalet apartamentu należą świetna lokalizacja, piękny widok z okna, duża powierzchnia mieszkania oraz bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką, która reagowała na zgłaszane problemy.
− Niestety podczas pobytu pojawiło się kilka niedogodności. Po przyjeździe nie działał pilot do garażu, jednak został wymieniony na sprawny. Nie działała również telewizja, ale w trakcie naszego pobytu przyjechał serwisant i usterka została usunięta. Sam apartament wymaga jednak odświeżenia – dywany i kanapy były zabrudzone, a rolety przy oknach były uszkodzone. Najbardziej problematyczna okazała się sytuacja z sąsiadką mieszkającą na stałe w budynku. Zwracała uwagę na rzekome hałasy, mimo że nie organizowaliśmy żadnych imprez ani nie zakłócaliśmy ciszy. Po rozmowie z właścicielką usłyszeliśmy, że podobne sytuacje zdarzają się regularnie i sąsiadka często zostawia gościom kartki z prośbami o zachowanie ciszy. Najbardziej nieprzyjemna sytuacja miała miejsce już po zakończeniu pobytu. Zostaliśmy oskarżeni o zabranie czterech ręczników i poproszeni o zapłatę 300 zł. Nie zabraliśmy żadnych ręczników. W trakcie rozmowy właścicielka stwierdziła, że goście regularnie zabierają jej ręczniki i wspomniała również o wcześniejszym przypadku zaginięcia większej ich liczby. Mimo wyjaśnień cała sytuacja pozostawiła bardzo nieprzyjemne wrażenie.
