Great location Apartment in Pachuca♡

Great price but bad communication.

The apartment is very spacious and is clean. It can accommodate a lot of people. The rooms were well lit, the beds were okay. The bathroom has good water pressure and hot water. The furniture in the apartment was clean and well kept. The kitchen had all the basic utensils to prepare meals. Affordable.

− For starters, the apartment is very difficult to find. The address is not correct. Had a very difficult time finding it because of this error. It's a small door that is barely noticeable that leads to the apartment on a second level. Second, after booking it said someone would reach out to me the day of the check in to give me instructions on how to get there and do the check-in. No one contacted me. I messaged the property and they never answered. I called and when I finally was able to get a hold of them the calls signal was terrible. It took about an hour for them to give us instructions on how to enter the apartment. It is very hard to get a hold of someone in charge of the property. I later tried to reach them again to ask for the wifi password but they never got back to me during my whole stay. Another downside for me was the area that it's located in. It's not a walkable area. There is nothing around other than highways and auto repair shops. There is also what I believe is a sewer nearby because there was always a foul smell in the area throughout our stay. I should also mention that the rooms were very cold at night however, there is a heater provided in the rooms. Another thing to consider is that this apartment is not suitable for anyone with low mobility, the stairs to enter are very steep. There is also only one outlet in each room.
