5.0− Персонал апартаментов работает невероятно плохо. Отвечают долго. Мы забыли вещи в квартире, написали буквально через 2 часа после выезда из апартаментов. Мы готовы были приехать и забрать но нам не разрешили и уже прошло 5 дней до сих пор не получили свои вещи. Это худший персонал за многие годы которые я пользуюсь этим сайтом. Никому не рекомендую снимать у них квартиры.

− The heating didn’t work and when we asked about it they said it was due to the electrical price crisis across Europe. Wasn’t ideal as it was pretty cold.
