10.0Todo. Estaba muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro a pie y en trasporte público. Estaba muy nuevo y limpio. Estuvimos una semana y venían a limpiar todos los días, a hacer la cama y cambiar toallas. La zona es tranquila, hay restaurantes y supermercados cerca y una cafetería justo al lado buenísima para arrancar el día. Muy recomendable!!!

1.0It was clean and the location was good.
− The air conditioning went out and the owner refused to answer our calls. It was 105°F/40°C so we couldn't even open the windows to cool down the room. We contacted him multiple times, as well as booking.com and he refused to help us with the room. We ended up having to leave and stay at a different hotel and he refused to issue us a refund.

4.0La zona è abbastanza vicina alla stazione ed è piena di negozi nonchè di locali. Tuttavia, la camera risulta essere isolata da rumori perchè posta all'ultimo piano. Disponibile la connessione wifi. L'ambiente è accessoriato in modo gradevole e sul letto ci sono quattro cuscini
− L'impianto di condizionamento impostato ad una temperatura troppo elevata; l'ambiente troppo piccolo e privo di alcuni elementi descritti (divano letto; caffettiera); freezer non refrigerante; presenza di tende troppo vicine al letto; disponibilità di una sola chiave per aprire la porta della camera: sarebbe il caso di aggiungere un duplicato se gli ospiti sono due o più

8.0La posizione, la pulizia.
− L’aria condizionata. Inadeguata. L’ho anche segnalato su whatsapp ma non ho avuto risposta. Temo sia un problema strutturale, ma in una città che può diventare rovente come Roma dovrebbe essere rimodernata.
