Price was very good.
5.0It was very close to my location for my appointment and rental price is excellent, especially it was only to sleep nothing else was needed. Greeting was nice by the homeowner, nothing to complain about it, nice gentlemen.
− The only thing I can say I did not like is the following - Humidity (I was able to remove a little humidity with the fan) - The family/ friend gathering in the back patio was noisy (loud talk, patio door open and close, my room was overview of the underground patio deck... normal to ear everything...) avoiding me to fall a sleep early as I was hoping due to long day and traveling. - Cats urine smell was scents - Toilet was not cleaned (urine on seat and floor)
