Clean and friendly near the Termini station
8.0The position was near the termini station, the room was very clean and the staff super friendly. Water and coffee offered in the common area.
− Noise isolation not excellent, and we had a minor accident with the bathroom door knob which fell off and made it impossible for the friend to come out. We also found a cockroach under the bedside table which can be common in big cities I guess, I certainly would not blame it on the cleanliness of the room but it ruined our experience a bit.
Clean, quiet and comfortable.
9.0Our room was clean and quiet, we appreciated the air-conditioning, beds were very comfortable so we could sleep our jet lag away and we woke feeling refreshed. We had just arrived in Italy and so the location near Roma Termini was very convenient. Marta was so helpful, keeping in touch regularly and providing us with lots of local recommendations and a map when we arrived. We arrived at 9am and were able to leave our luggage at reception until check-in.
− It's not a criticism but the room looked different to the photos on the website. There was a 10 euro charge for storing our luggage until check-in.
