− Terrible communication from the real estate agency that manages the property. There was a mix up and the apartment hadn't been cleaned when I arrived. The cleaner quickly rushed out and cleaned it and did a great job. The real estate agents however did a really poor job of communicating with me about what was happening and never even followed up to apologise for the mixup. Mistakes happen and that's understandable, but these property managers have shocking customer service.

9.0It was walking distance to CBD, very cute apartment, under cover parking off the street & it was nice to come back to a very comfortable apartment after big days at work.
