9.0Das Apartment hat der Beschreibung vollkommen entsprochen und wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Graz. Die Lage ist sehr gut – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Innenstadt sind rasch erreichbar. Besonders schön war der Blick auf den Uhrturm, den man wirklich genießen kann. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und besonders das neu renovierte Badezimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen – modern, sauber und sehr angenehm. Auch der inkludierte Parkplatz im Innenhof ist ein großer Pluspunkt und in Graz wirklich praktisch. Wohnzimmer und Küche sind eher klassisch eingerichtet, bieten aber alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Durch die Lage an einer befahrenen Straße kann es je nach persönlichem Empfinden etwas lebhafter sein – uns hat das insgesamt aber nicht gestört. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war immer rasch und einfach! Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Apartment in toller Lage, das wir durchaus wieder buchen würden.

Große, gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Parkplatz
7.0Wirklich riesige Wohnung mit toller Aussicht. Der dazugehörige Parkplatz ist super.
− Leider waren bei unserem Aufenthalt einige Sachen in der Wohnung defekt. Licht im Flur, so das man erstmal komplett im Dunkeln steht, wenn man abends ankommt. Licht über der Spüle und die Duschtür sind ebenfalls defekt. Außerdem war leider noch der Wäscheständer mit nicht wirklich sauberer Wäsche im Wohnzimmer. Es war nicht für die gebuchte Anzahl an Gästen aufgebettet. Vielleicht war die Wohnung früher mal eine Raucherwohnung. Leider riecht es jedenfalls noch leicht so. Sogar die Klamotten im Schrank haben den Geruch der Wohnung angenommen, sodass die saubere Wäsche zu Hause auch nochmal gewaschen werden musste. :-(
Superb value for your money in Graz
9.0A very comfortable apartment near the center of the city. The living room with kitchen is well equipped, even automatic coffee machine is in your disposition. Rooms are quite big and you have a lot of space. City center is just 15-20 minutes of walk or you can use a public transport. Very friendly host helped with all we needed.
− When we were staying here the dishwasher didn't work, but it was an incident, so it's not a fault.
