10.0Хорошее расположение квартиры, близко от центра и терминала для переправы на Куршскую косу и посещения морского музея, пешком заняло 1.5 км, хорошая прогулка. Рядом с домом располагается булочная с вкусными порожками. 5 мин ходьбы до магазина iki. Внутри квартиры очень чисто, есть всё необходимое, жили 2 дня с комфортом, для семьи с 1-2 детьми в самый раз.. Во внутреннем дворике есть зелёная зона со скамейками, где можно вечером посидеть, и для курильщиков покурить.
