A beautiful beachside location. Large spacious grounds with many varied trees and shrubs. Direct access to beach, which borders the property. Very nice swimming pool. Room was clean and decorated nicely.

− The room was smaller than I expected for the price. A bit cramped. My main grumble was poor fitting door, with gaps underneath which let in flies and mosquitoes, and on one occasion, a huge cockroach. It is obvious that an unskilled odd-job man, and not a proper carpenter fitted the door.

The location is great. The place is wide and cool. The scenery of the place is calming. The staffs are helpful

− The rooms has low maintainace. The rooms are odorous , includes pillows and blankets. There is bed bugs my mom and others got bed bug bites after sleeping there. The sinks are cloggled. Water supply is on and off. The place has great potential i just wish they maintain it well.

Das Zimmer war okay und wie auf den Bildern. Der Pool und war ganz cool.

− Ich habe über Booking ein Zimmer in diesem Resort gebucht. Ein normales Zimmer hätte etwa 8000 PHP gekostet. Dann habe ich gesehen, dass es gerade ein Angebot gibt: Das Zimmer, das normalerweise 28’000 PHP kostet, war auf 14’000 PHP reduziert. Deshalb dachte ich mir: „Wow, ein Zimmer für fast 30k – dafür bekommt man normalerweise ein Luxuszimmer in einem teuren Resort.“ Als wir angekommen sind, haben wir jedoch ein Zimmer ganz am Anfang des Resorts bekommen, weit weg vom Strand, Pool und Restaurant. Das Zimmer war zwar gut und entsprach den Bildern, aber genau dieselben Bilder wurden auch beim Standardzimmer für 8000 PHP verwendet. Deshalb frage ich mich bis heute, wo eigentlich der angebliche Mehrwert bzw. der ursprüngliche Preisunterschied von 20’000 PHP gewesen sein soll. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort haben die Verantwortung auf Booking geschoben und meinten, ich müsse mich direkt dort beschweren. Letztendlich habe ich nichts unternommen, weil uns der Aufwand zu gross war. Wir waren tagsüber sowieso meistens unterwegs und haben nur die Abende im Resort verbracht. Auch das Restaurant bekommt von mir einige Minuspunkte. Gefühlt war etwa die Hälfte der Getränke- und Speisekarte gar nicht verfügbar. Es wirkte fast so, als würde das Restaurant nicht richtig einkaufen oder die Vorräte nicht auffüllen. Dazu kam, dass man teilweise trotz Vorbestellung fast eine Stunde auf das Essen warten musste. Das Essen selbst war zwar okay, aber insgesamt hat das Restaurant keinen besonders guten Eindruck hinterlassen.

− This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. The room was extremely dirty upon check-in. It was dusty, and there was a lot of rubbish under the bed, which clearly shows it had not been cleaned properly. We even had to ask the staff to clean it ourselves. The water supply was unacceptable—there was either no water at all or only a very weak flow from the tap. The toilet was also dirty, which made the situation even worse. The beach was very disappointing, as it was full of stones, making it difficult and unsafe to swim. Breakfast service was terrible. We waited nearly two hours for the food, and when it finally arrived, the quality and taste were very poor. On top of everything, the electricity kept going on and off throughout our stay. This trip was supposed to be relaxing, but it turned out to be extremely stressful. I would not recommend this place at all.
