10.0As Peter mentioned: the mattress is changed every year. This was the most cosy duvet and 🪹 nest. Extremely clean. Also Jo was kind enough to allow me to do my laundry and donate some detergent to the cause. This is a safe area and fantastic location for good food and the Park only 10 min walk. For budgeting couple I'd suggest staying here: especially if you're really only there for sleep. It's much more affordable than hotel prices but you're getting a luxury sleep in this cute little double. Peter and Jo were very good people to speak with and we would definitely come back here in the future to enjoy London.
Amazing hosts and very clean comfy bed
10.0Peter and Jo are lovely hosts. The bed was comfortable and the room has a window. The location is excellent and is located in a secure block with a lift to the propety.

A true home away from home with a warm, cozy room and every amenity you need—huge thanks to the incr
10.0Staying here felt just like being at home! The room was incredibly warm and cozy, and all the amenities were complete. A huge thank you to Peter, who was exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to lend a hand whenever he could. Due to a change in my travel plans, I wasn't able to stay as long as I had hoped this time, but I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I’m in town. Thanks again for the wonderful hospitality!

7.0I requeasted a place near the destination I wanted and car park facility with property and there was no car parking facility and it was a flat. Not what I requested at all.
− It was comfortable night but I wanted bed breakfast facilities no food was provided good job I brought my own cooked food. and provided my own entertainment. I had to keep moving car to different parking bays.
Thanks!
