Kätevä kompakti majoitus, kiva parveke, käytännölliset siistit tilat, sauna plussaa, lemmikkiystävällinen lemmikkitarvikkeita myöten, sisäänkäynti ylhäältä maan tasalta helpotti matkatavaroiden kuljetusta, autokatos plussaa kesäkuumalla (ja talven lumisateilla), liinavaatteet saatavilla halutessa (lisämaksusta).

− Tuulettimen käyttö vaikutti hankalalta, en käyttänyt/tarvinnut sitä, huoneiston pystyi tuulettamaan hyvin avaamalla ovet ja ikkunat.
