− We hadden de kamers bovenin, airco werkte niet, dus heel erg warm
Rapport qualité prix OK (si on oublie le parking de l'hôtel) ; personnel super ; à la limite centre.
6.0Le personnel fait vraiment de son mieux et est au petit soin mais il ne peut pas faire de miracle non plus avec un établissement vieillissant. Le tram est juste en face et c'est relativement facile et rapide de rejoindre le centre. Il y avait plusieurs places de parking juste devant l'hôtel (payantes bien que moins chères que le parking de l'hôtel).
− La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas à l'arrivée dans une chambre du 6ème étage sous le toit. En pleine canicule, pas jouable. La chambre de remplacement n'était pas pleinement opérationnelle. La TV ne fonctionnait pas (pas configurée visiblement), les lampes de chevet n'étaient pas branchées. Le petit-déjeuner à 12 euros n'est pas à la hauteur de ses prétentions. L'ascenseur est probablement du même âge que l'hôtel et fait un peu peur. La place de parking à 26€, c'est presque un tiers du prix de la nuitée.
