10.0Un appartement immense, avec 3 wc et 2 salle de bains. De belles chambres aux grandes dimensions. Le salon est très spacieux et moderne avec une vue sur la ville. La piscine est parfaite. En bref, un super séjour passé dans cette appartement.

Very disappointing

− The apartment was in unacceptable condition on arrival. It was very dirty, with hairs in the bed and poop left in the toilet. There was also no hot water, and this was only fixed late the next day. Because of the cleaning and repairs, we had to stay out of the apartment for most of the second day. As we were traveling with a baby, this made the stay extremely stressful. We had to remain available for the cleaner and the repairman, then leave the apartment while the work was being done. It also involved a lot of back and forth with the property manager. The property itself was old and very run-down. The couches were stained, the baby cot was dirty, the bathtub was broken, the microwave was broken, the washing machine was full of mold and made the apartment smell bad, one balcony was covered in bird poop, and the TV barely worked. During the stay, we kept discovering more things that were dirty or broken. We informed the property manager about the washing machine and microwave, but refused further repairs during our stay because we could manage without them and, more importantly, did not want to be forced out of the apartment again with a baby for another one or two days. The property manager promised to follow up about a refund but never did. Booking.com also never followed up.
