6.0Poco o casi nada. La comunicación con Renate bien, pero está en Alemania y poco puede hacer pese a su buena voluntad. Cambiaría el personal que se encarga del alojamiento, está abandonado.
− Abandonado y sucio. Está en obras, no está terminado, se nota que hace tiempo que nadie se pasa por allá. Al llegar olía fatal y la ropa de cama estaba sucia, ni un estropajo, ni una bolsa de basura, polvo, pelos, un desastre. La propietaria lo solucionó al día siguiente enviando a alguien. La piscina no es climatizada y muy sucia.

10.0Fue todo fantástico, es acogedor y no le falta un detalle, no echamos nada en falta, super limpio y la piscina un lujo, los propietarios aún no estando allí estaban super pendientes por si necesitas algo, volveríamos a repetir son duda alguna

9.0Renate and Walter are very friendly. We received all the necessary information and more before our arrival. The location is very quiet which suits us very well. The kitchen is fully equipped. The large terrace with a view is a place where you will spend most of your time. The apartment has everything you need for a carefree holiday.

Lanzarote ist eine faszinierende Insel und wir haben sie in zwei Wochen intensiv erkundet und in vollen Zügen genossen
9.0Absolut ruhig gelegen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Schön am Morgen aus dem Bett direkt in den Pool zu tauchen. Renate ist telefonisch immer zu erreichen und sorgt für Abhilfe, wenn mal was nicht funktioniert.
− Das WELAN hat gelegentlich Probleme gemacht. Schade, dass es in Las Breñas kein Restaurant und keinen Laden mehr gibt. Man muss also immer das Auto benutzen.
