7.0la climatisation dans les chambres l'emplacement cuisine fonctionnelle machine à laver l’accès à la mer, mais pas de possibilité de baignade.
− l'ensemble est plus vétuste que sur les photos.......Ces photos doivent être d'origine ? la terrasse extérieure mériterait d’être rénové , sol et bâche de toit nettoyés..... idem pour les sols dans la pièce de vie et les peintures.... manque d'entretien des extérieurs Rapport qualité prix ,cher
