5.0Its a short drive from Johannesburg. The pool was refreshing and my dogs loved the gardens. The unit is fully enclosed making sure that our dogs were safe and secure.
− The flies were dreadful despite it being quite cool. The unit while comfortable enough is claustrophobic when it raiins and it rained heavily. Sitting outside on the patio wasnt an option.
That place is specifically for people with pets,it only accommodates pets owners!!!

− We had to sleep without a blanket for the 2nights because all the blankets they had were covered with pets hairs,even the one I got as a replacement from reception.

7.0The welcome from Joe just starts your holiday off with a bang. He is such an amazing person who's so accommodating and insightful. The place is really nice and so relaxing, quiet and private. The drive there is amazing and the roads aren't as bad as I thought it would be .The dogs on the property are friendly and walk around with you when you go out for a stroll. An added bonus are the other farm animals who we enjoyed feeding. The bon fire adds such a good touch to a cold winters evening. There's everything you may need in the unit itself. I would come back, probably try a different unit and see how that goes. Thanks again Joe for having us .
− Even though the place is pet friendly I think cleaning up after them in the private yards would be good. There was alot of places within our garden that was not cleaned after the pets were there which made it difficult fighting off the flies which were in numbers. The other issue was the flies inside the unit which took some time getting rid off. Considering we out in open land this is expected ,however maybe have the units fitted with the insect dispensers to help with this issue. This was the only downside having to constantly have the door closed to avoid the flies and not being able to leave stuff out on the counters, but other than that it was an eventful and relaxing weekend

Pet-friendly venue for well behaved, social, small to big dogs, please arrange with owners before bringing pets.
