Do yourself a favour do not use this accommodation or booking.com. I now have to take it through the courts for my refun
1.0Wouldn’t know as they cancelled the day before , stating they had flood damage and the ceiling had come down , so for insurance reasons they had to cancel. But did promise I would get a full refund. This was book through Booking.com . Still waiting for refund I believe I was scammed by both harlington and booking.com
− I spoke to the gentleman that cancelled the booking approximately a week later and confirmed refund getting sort . Spoke to Booking.com and the young gentleman confirmed the same story but needed it in email. Chased again today and now there hasn’t been a flood damage. Booking.com will not refund

Poor management
1.0− Upon arrival, we discovered that another family was living in the property and had been for several months. I contacted the owner of the property only to then be told that they were cancelling the booking. This was after I had driven for 4 hours with 2 children.
