9.0Grand espace et confortable. L appartement dispose de ce qu’il faut. Terasse avec cuisine extérieur. L hôte était disponible pour tout renseignements. Possibilité de louer un scooter directement avec eux. Grand super marché à 800m.
− Fenêtres mal fixées. Il faut savoir qu’il y a beaucoup de secousses aux Philippines et qu’à chaque secousse les fenêtres tremblaient et faisaient du bruit.

2.0Niets eigenlijk. Er staat luxury maar er is 0% luxury te vinden in het geheel!
− De eigenaar is om te beginnen totaal niet bereikbaar. Meerdere berichten verzonden en gebeld er kwam geen antwoord. Bij binnenkomen was het erg raar, door verschillende woningen moesten naar boven toe. Bij binnenkomt hing er een erg vreemde lucht, we moesten de deuren en ramen openzetten om de lucht eruit te krijgen. De badkamer kon je niet fatsoenlijk douchen, kalk aanslag en ook een erg vreemde lucht (er was ook geen raam daar om open te zetten. de koelkast stond uit en had ook een nare lucht (zelf dit even gereinigd) die kon niet direct aan, er zat een rare stekker niet niet goed in de box kon en die ging na enige tijd pas aan. Ook was de stroom niet goed funtioneren op de kookplaat je moest letterlijk de stekker vasthouden om hem aan de houden. Er was ook een foornhuis maar deze kon niet aan ook de gasfles werkte niet goeds dus die kon niet aan. Ongelijk servies en bestek, geen goed werkende keuken apparatuur. Er zou een netflix account zijn deze wekte niet geen actief wachtwoord. Kortom ook gezegd hoe het appartement omschreven wordt is het totaal niet van toepassing. Wij zijn niet tevreden met de prijs wat betaald is en het verblijf!

9.0Had the whole top floor to ourselves and has terrace. Also, the owner rented us a vehicle cheaper than other car agencies. Great staffing.
