9.0The villa is very spacious and comfortable. Very clean, and everything works. Most of the rooms have their own bathroom. Luxury is the theme I can say. The villa also has a private pool, which we used a lot. The pool in the villa is large and luxurious. The villa is located in a compound with other villas. That makes it safe. In the compound, there are two other swimming pools, plus one for younger children. Upon arrival, a very kind lady welcomed us. She has her own separate space in the villa. So it didn't bother us. Quite the opposite. Very helpful since she is a local and knows the way there. Things like where is the supermarket or how to arrange a taxi were no issue thanks to her. The location is very good. Nearby to downtown, about 15 minutes, the area is quite and peaceful, which is a big plus. Given the fact that downtown is very hectic, it was a pleasure coming home to a quite peaceful place. Overall, it was beyond our expectations. Next time in Cairo, we know where to stay :)

9.0The villa is great, calm and far from loud noises. We loved it inside out, the pool was a great plus. The villa is big enough that each one of us had his own private areas and we enjoyed our privacy. The host was generous enough to let us check in very early in the morning and check out a little later than 12:00 pm. We appreciated it. It was also good to have the cleaning lady, she was helpful.
− Despite our early check-in and late check out, we woke up on our last day (earlier than check out time) with the lady cleaning the house, washing all the carpets and putting them to dry on the terrace next to the pool, and removing all the covers from the couches outside where we have our morning coffee.
