The position is amazing and the views a great

− The whole place needs to be fixed. We had problems from the first evening, the lights in the kitchen didn’t work and we had to search for the main panel to start them again, the toilet on the downstairs floor started leaking spraying water all over the bathroom, the man in charge just put a towel but did nothing to stop the leaking , luckily the men in our party were handy and one of them used a wire to stop the leak. The cold water has been forgotten to be switched on after they attempted to fix the toilet which obviously we found the house after we all 20 came back from a day out that we cannot flush the toilets in the whole villa, we found wash anything. After half an hour the water came back on and with it a flood at the bottom floor , the whole carped misted k water. The showers metal protectors can off from the first time we have used the showers. They were indeed prompt to answer the phone and try to fix the problems but seems that this problem is a persistent issue in that villa so some investment should be planned asap. The rooms were nice and clean but very cold in the entire villa and no matter how much we have tried to raise it didn’t work. After all these problems reported being 20 we have asked for an extension to leave the villa just an hour or two after the check out time at 10 , giving that we have arrived on Friday evening for check in at 9 pm , so it hour that they will feel a bit apologetic and will allow it , but instead they offered us to do it for £30 an hour charge. The whole villa is great but giving all the problems I think everyone should think of this is what they want for a holiday . The position is great but needs plenty of work in order to be worth the money they ask for renting it out. I would still look around for something else .

If staff were so focussed on ensuring advertised facilities were working, this would be a great stay. But unfortunately

VERY POOR experience. 3 out of 4 toilets were broken for the whole stay, with the only one working being in an en-suite and of course was not fully operational when there were 20 people using it. Also for the first 4 hours of our stay we had no water. We had to continuously keep chasing staff to get things fixed and the customer service afterwards has been incredibly disappointing.
