9.0Emplacement au top, très confortable. On peut se garer facilement. Entrée avec boîte à clé facile. Ascenseur.

Good location, clean, basic. But no privacy between the two bedrooms.
6.0− The code for the key lock didnt work There was no door between the two bedrooms. No privacy. Water on the balcony (no drain) made it not useful.

9.0Tolle Lage mitten in Akureyri, schönes Aussicht, tolle Ausstattung.
− Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Vorhang vom 1. abgetrennt und hat Stockbetten. Die Schubläden der Schränke sind zum Teil defekt. Wenn Wäsche im Badezimmer aufgehängt wird, ist es dort sehr eng. Bei Sonnenschein kein Problem, da ein großer Balkon zugänglich ist.

− When we arrived there was a little smell that stick inside so we needed to buy air freshener. But overall it was fine.

3.0Fin beliggenhet i forholdt til gågate og sentrum.
− Vi bestilte leilighet med 2 soverom, og da forventet vi 2 adskilte rom med lukkbar dør, ikke et rom + en alkove med et halvt forheng der man måtte gå gjennom hovedsoverommet for å komme til bad og kjøkken. Sengetøyet i den ene køyesengen var skittent og ikke skiftet. Det luktet mugg i leilighet og korridorer. Null ventilasjon i leilighet uten å måtte lukke opp vinduer. Dugg på alle vinduer. Kjøkkenet var lite og uten benkeplass og oppvaskmaskin. Slitt dusjkabinett, dårlig rengjort. Begrenset utsikt, mest mot byggevirksomhet.
