Kind staff but not worth the cost if in a bad room. Find somewhere else.
4.0The breakfast was bread with eggs, tomato and onion. This is passable even though it is technically not full English breakfast (it is the norm in Livingstone). They allowed me to get an early breakfast on request, that was 06:30 every day and I was grateful for this. The staff were very polite and eager to help, and the place in general was very clean. I appreciated the extra blanket they put.
− The toilet in my room had a flushing issue. The float was not properly connected, and I alerted the staff on this when I saw the issue and was assured it would be fixed, but it was not for my entire stay. This made no sense as for my stay I had to open the cistern and push it back up (I'm a little DIY handy) just to make sure it filled. The toilet is a basic necessity, and no guest should be expected to have to do such things just to flush a toilet. I was disappointed that they couldn't even get a plumber. This was in the Cheetah room, and the tiles and wall around the toilet suggest several unsuccessful fixes around that same toilet and bath. Water went at night on the first night and when I asked the next day, they said they forgot to turn on the pump. I had no water issues apart from the toilet since. For breakfast, I was expected to use the water dispenser to get hot water for my tea. I think this can be revised as it isn't normal not to have some kind of kettle in a large enough Lodge.

− Brama wjazdowa popsuta , czasami brak ciepłej wody, nie wszystkie pokoje mają sprawną klimę, za te skromne pieniądze hotel oceniam na super.
