There wasn't really anything to like but the oven and the fridge were fairly clean.

− The 2 toilet seats that were too small for the toilets and were not fitted correctly , so moved when you sat on them. Shower head that leaked out of the pipe and didn't spray out of shower head, bath that had a plug that was too small, so all the water leaked out. Broken bed base in the double bed room. Plug socket hanging of the wall in hallway. The kitchen wasn't clean, there was food all down cupboards, dirty work surface and tiles loose and full of dirt. The area isnt very nice, it's very noisy, neighbours swearing and shouting all day and dogs barking all day. If you have a dog he charges me £150 per dog! Because he said it was a executive facility, plus £70 for cleaning!! It's not, my dogs were cleaner than this place! The patio doors were filthy, with mud and food. The mop stunk in the kitchen, I had to buy bleach to soak it in and cleaning stuff to clean. Bathroom windows have no blinds on, so people can see in at night. I told him about all this when we arrived, he finally got someone round 4 days later to fix the toilet seats, he put a new shower head on but that didn't help as the shower pole had no adjustment and the water squirted out the bath, oh and no seal on bottom of shower screen. No door mats to wipe your feet on either. He offered me £50 compensation if I gave a good review, I refused. I never asked to leave early or for a refund. I have pictures but it won't add them !! Wonder why!!

A total hassle free in check in/out and the stay in general. The home is relaxed and welcoming and felt like home right away. Maxim is a friendly and accommodating host and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing house, smooth check in/check out process, great host. Rooms are clean and bright. It was a comfortable and easy stay for a family of four.

Lovely place for a family with kids

We were staying here as a family of 6 with 2 kids. Everything as described. No issues. Host was very quick with responses and advice. It a walking distance to the local shop as well

It's a beautiful house in a quiet residential area with everything you need. Feels like home. Plenty of parking outside. Very helpful host. Definitely will come back here again
