9.0VIEW IS AMAZING! I have been to Northern MI many times, and this is a remarkable location. View is spectacular. Super close to town (Glen Arbor). Bed was so comfortable in primary bedroom. It was very clean, well-appointed, and really a great spot. I would rent it again. All was in good working order. Easy check-in, check-out and the manager was VERY responsive when I had a question. Remarkably so.
− There is no A/C (which was on the original listing). That said, I HATE heat, and with windows (plentiful) open on both sides of the unit, it was very pleasant, even when hot out. This is not the manager/owner's fault, but the upstairs renters pretty much always had 5 people talking loudly at all times. Minor annoyance.
