Disappointing stay, mainly because of poor cleanliness and lack of proper service.
1.0Unfortunately, there was very little I liked about my stay. The experience did not meet my expectations, and I was disappointed with the overall organization and comfort of the property.
− The apartment was not clean. There were hairs everywhere, and it looked like the cleaning had been done only superficially. Overall, I felt that the property was not properly maintained and that the focus was more on making money than providing a good service to guests.

5.0− Am solicitat factura pentru cazare, am vorbit la telefon si mi s-a confirmat ca se va emite factura. Acum proprietatea nu raspunde la telefon, bookingul zice ca factura o emite proprietatea si nu i se raspunde nici lor la solicitare

10.0Ne-am cazat doar pentru o noapte. Un apartament ok cu toate cele necesare, amplasat în apropierea stației de metrou. Deși la distanță relativ mare de Arena Națională, distanța mică față de stația de metrou a făcut ca să fie ceea mai bună alegere.Un bun raport preț/calitate.
− Mesajul de întâmpinare din partea gazdei este unul detaliat însă ar putea fi puțin îmbunătățit cu privire la locul de găsire al lockerului cu chei.
