8.0Vsetko bolo naozaj pekne, ciste, pripravene k uzivaniu. Priestor na ulozenie veci ....
− Chybalo mi okno alebo sito na vchodovych dverach, ktore by sa dalo zamknut. Apartman sa inak vyvetrat nedal. V horucavach tam bolo super chladno, ale vnutorny priestor potrebuje cerstvy vzduch, ci uz v noci alebo aj cez den.

8.0Lokalizacja blisko centrum i marketu Billa. Czysto. Mieszkanie dość dobrze wyposażone. Samodzielne zakwaterowanie na plus. Oba łóżka miały wygodne materace. Nie było problemu z parkowaniem przy ulicy.
− Mało komfortowe przesuwne drzwi do toalety, co nie zapewnia prywatności przy wiekszej ilości osób. W salonie możliwość przewietrzenia mieszkania tylko przy całkowicie otwartym oknie tarasowym/wejściowym. Poza łazienką brak dodatkowego lustra (przy wiekszej ilości osob stanowi to problem). Brak żelazka, które jest już standardem w innych zakwaterowaniach. Mieszkanie znajduje sie w przyziemiu, przy parkingu wewnętrznym na który goście nie mogą wjechać.
