9.0The pool area was lovely and the apartment itself was very big and comfortable with everything you need. The shower was also good. The food in the adjoining restaurant wasnt good - it advertised and had a pizza oven but my pizza was frozen and not good. Unfortunately the property is a long way from the town and the beach clubs - on its own in the middle of nowhere. You definitely need a car.

9.0La décoration originale et soignée, le calme ( les chambres sont sur l'arrière, le personnel ( le propriétaire et Israël très très aidants), le restaurant copieux et pas trop cher, la piscine, l'emplacement non loin de la marina ( idéal pour des plongeurs!) etc..
− Le première chambre n'avait pas été bien nettoyée mais Israël a tout changé et amélioré ça très vite! Donc pas de mauvais souvenir, au contraire!

10.0Estuvo bastante cómodo y limpio, un lugar muy tranquilo... A nosotros nos atendió el dueño y la verdad es que fue muy amable y atento, todo el tiempo se preocupó por nuestra comodidad Nos encantó el lugar, sin duda regresaríamos.

Money better elsewhere in Cozumel, dirty kitchen, poor facilities, staff helped but wasnt enough
3.0The architecture
− Generally unclean place. Dust on many surfaces. Dead insects and spiders around condo, dirty kitchen ware and cutlery, no kitchencleaning facilities until we asked, old and unclean kitchen cooking facilities, grimy feeling and worst self catering kitchen i have been to while on travels in mexico. I have picture evidence. Staff helped to rectify this but it was all retrospective and after we complained. The kitchen was really poor and completely off-putting to cook. I had to boil water in pans to clean tbe pans before cooking. Thats not right. . Also back door wouldnt lock shut so they gave me a piece of wood to hold door in place. All of this and this was the most expensive accommodation i had paid for. Noney spent better elsewhere!
