It was amazing!!
8.0We loved being right on the beach. Would have been nice to have a beach to go on (we know you can’t control that). The condo was really clean and homey feeling.
− No beach to hang out on in front of condo. Could have used more towels and needs kitchen towels.

Great stay but could use a few tweaks
9.0Unit 118 is on the first floor so just a small step landing to get to the door(keyless entry). Otherwise the building has no elevator. Loved that you are literally 8 steps from the ocean. During high tide the waves come up to the sandbags and cover the bottom of beach steps. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, cleaning supplies. Bring your own condiments. There was plenty of bedding. There is a fan and separate AC unit in the bedroom. Communication with Alan was very friendly. Parking in the lot is easy, free and plentiful. Great area if you like laid-back privacy with 10 to 15 minute drive to grocery store. Loved sitting on balcony watching the waves. Overpriced for the season but that view! Wifi is decent. Ran my hidden camera scanner/detector did not find any hidden recording devices, which is always a plus.
− For two adults there was only 3 average towels for 4 nights. No beach towels, bring your own. This is not a 2 bedroom as stated. It is a small one bedroom with absolutely no view and a Murphy bed (which is not bad) in the living room with open view of kitchen and outdoor balcony. Email system was a headache but Alan quickly answered all calls. Held my deposit for 7 days which is why I normally prefer hotels (you don't have the added fees and deposit nightmares).
