− Being able to get a much cheaper rate, for a bigger apartment if I had booked through the provider. Bit of a kick in the teeth when you arrive. Far too many emails and text notifications about check in and check out.

8.0Beautifully decorated apartment and very comfortable bed. Quiet location. Plenty of free parking. Loved the range of different TV channels! Beautiful surroundings with the limestone cliffs. Easy to get to other places in the Peak District.
− No wine opener! Forgot to bring one. Sofa was too small for 2 people and would make a very uncomfortable bed by the look of it! No mattress or pillow protectors.

8.0Lovely apartment, super comfy bed, nice balcony, and kitchen equipment enough to make a small meal, very quiet, good location for peak attractions, clean and modern and bedding smelt lovely!
− We made a last minute booking and there were a few glitches in getting the access details/checking in online and it involved a couple of phone calls and messages to resolve but the call handler fixed these quickly. The oven wasn’t that straightforward to work out but they did provide instructions - it just took a little bit to work it out.these were only small issues and overall the apartment was great
