My needs were met, our suite was amazing, breakfast was delicious. I would recommend your property to anyone.
9.0Very clean!! I called ahead of time because we were coming in so late. The staff was very nice and took time to ensure we were ok. Then when checking out we needed a little more time to get my mom together, we were accommodated. Very much appreciated.
− When I checked out staff were talking in the back. Instead of apologizing for the delay, their conversation didn’t finish until they were done.

− The fact that the manager Alyssa didn't even have the courtesy to come out of the office to speak with me.
Clean, quiet hotel for a quick overnight stay.
10.0The room was nice with a larger than normal kitchenette and full coffee pot and refrigerator.
− The price is a bit high for the type of property.
Hotel Stay
4.0I liked my room positioned off in the back. I liked the location of the hotel, the hotel staff was good. The lady in the morning that did the breakfast " Carolina" was absolutely amazing!
− OMG! I didn't like that our hotel room definitely wasn't the cleanest. The blanket on one of our beds was absolutely filthy, floor had hair and crumbs on it, bottom closet shelf was broken, television didn't work at all, and there was a horrible noise coming from our heating unit.
