3.0The property was conveniently located, tastefully furnished, and equipped with a fully functional kitchen. The access arrangements were also efficient and straightforward.
− What I didn’t like was that the property’s cleanliness and customer service were disappointing. The fridge smelled, the oven and floors were dirty, and the beds had not been made when we arrived. Despite reporting the issue immediately, we had to wait several hours and send repeated messages before it was resolved. The initial compensation offered was inadequate, and I had to contact Booking.com myself to obtain the agreed refund.

− Windows were terribly sealed, we would hear ambulances all night long. The sofa for the third guest was incredibly uncomfortable. A suggestion, take you own plugs for charging devices if you’re an international guest.

− I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. A few hours before we arrived, the owner messaged us saying the sofa bed was broken. He offered us an inflatable mattress, which we refused, and he repaired the sofa with two wooden legs that are completely useless (the sofa is far too small for an adult). It's on the third floor with very steep stairs. The windows are made of old wood that let in the cold and excessive street noise, making it very difficult to sleep. Maintenance is practically nonexistent: the shower seal is broken, the floor is deteriorated, the windows are very dirty... And yet, the owner demands a deposit for damages, which he doesn't use to fix them. It's far from the city center; the bus takes 25 minutes. A very negative experience.

− Lo que no me gustó es que en el anuncio en ningún momento pone que es un tercero sin ascensor, nosotros viajamos con mi hermano que es una persona con discapacidad que tiene mucho vértigo y las escaleras las tuvo que subir sentado, subiendo para atrás. Otra cosa tampoco te dicen que tienes que pagar unas 35 libras de seguro o dejar una fianza de 500 libras...
