8.0I always got quick answers from the landlord if I had questions. The location is on the way to "The Three Peaks" from the dowtown area of the Cortina. I got permisson from landlord that I could check-in at any time at the arrival day which helps a lot.
− The WiFi needed to restart sometimes.
Would recommend despite the few shortcomings.
7.0Great location with easy access to many of the must see sites. Great views of the mountains from the property. Nice balconies. It is very cutely decorated with lots of hearts all throughout the entire apartment. It was quiet. It was nice to have free parking on site. It is well stocked. It was nice to have access to free laundry. The downstairs bedroom and bath are great.
− The upstairs bedroom and bath are very small and hot. The skylight that opens doesn’t stay propped open because some prior guests left it open when it rained and caused damage so I totally get why he doesn’t let it stay open, but it made it very hot up there like an attic.

9.0− Beds are a bit stiff and the pillows were really terrible. Everything else was just fine.
It was a nice expernce
10.0The location is marvelous, the view of the mountains and a lavelly walking distance some nice restaurants. The chitchen was well equipped. We felt welcome there.
− One room was very small, under the roof, and was more appropriate for children, as for adults.
