10.0The apartment and the sea view from the balcony really goes under your skin:). Six people easily can enjoy the space as well. The host is extremely thoughtful. As for the area, It is not far from Zagreb, Pula and around 30in you could be in Opatija or Baska. The 5min close wild beach is also beautiful and good for snorkeling.

10.0Az apartman nagyon szép és csendes környezetben helyezkedik el egy mélygarázsos,liftes modern épület harmadik emeleti részén. A lakás nagyon jól felszerelt,korszerű és praktikus berendezések találhatóak benne. Nagyon jó beosztású apartman, a kilátás pazar. Az erkélyen grillezési lehetőség. Mindenkinek ajánlom aki szép, nyugodt és kiváló környezetben szeretne pihenni. A házigazda nagyon kedves, figyelmes és segítőkész.

10.0Ein tolles Appartment mit großartigem Meerblick! Wir schwören, wir konnten jeden Tag (am besten morgens um 7) aus der Ferne Delfine sehen :-) (das nächste Mal nehm ich einen Ferngucker mit). Es liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, zum Meer sind es zu Fuß einige Minuten. Und innerhalb von 30 Minuten kann man zu Fuß an der Promenade entlang viele Badebuchten von Kostrena , incl. Restaurants erreichen. Genug Platz, gut ausgestattete Küche, alle Geräte vorhanden (Nespresso Kapseln). Überall Klimaanlage. Ausreichend Sitzplätze innen sowie auf den beiden Terrassen. Mit Aufzug im 3. Stock. 2 Garagenplätze. Wir würden das jederzeit uneingeschränkt wieder buchen!
− Wir haben das dem Vermieter auch mitgeteilt. Es gibt einen Schranken zur Hausanlage und das Garagentor- dafür gibt es nur einen Öffner. Für die Wohnung gibt es auch nur einen Schlüssel. Wir waren mit 2 Autos unterwegs, 6 Personen. Hier muss man sich gut absprechen, wer wann geht/kommt. Ein 2. Schlüsselset wäre hier wirklich von Vorteil, damit man unabhängig voneinander, den Tag planen kann.
