1.0− Very disappointing experience. They had no problem charging my card right away, but after I arrived and completed all of their required forms, communication completely stopped. I sent emails, called multiple times, and even left voicemails, but never received a response. I ended up sitting in my car with my daughter, waiting and hoping to hear back from someone, but no one ever contacted us. It was especially frustrating because we were traveling to San Francisco to celebrate my daughter's 20th birthday, and all we wanted was a place to rest after a long trip. By the time i got an email back not even a phone call, I had to find another place to stay, which fortunately worked out much better. Still, the lack of communication and customer service from this business was extremely disappointing.
This was a perfect jump off spot for many locations on the Oregon coast.
