3.0La chambre etais pas horrible
− La piscine etais pas propre toute trouble l hôtel est hyper mal placé et le personnels ne sais pas nous renseigner
Overall comfortable but service and value don't match the price.
7.0The food is great. Staff is friendly. The room is comfortable. Swimming pool is clean.
− Room service was late 90% of the time. The room is very noisy. You can hear everything the neighbors are saying and especially the videoke, like if you were there. Absolutely no sound proofing. There are many power interruptions night and day. The construction outside makes it very noisy from 7am to 5pm and muddy. Parking is badly organized. They ask you to move your car several times. Lots of mosquitoes (literally hundreds waiting on the glass door for you to open) on the balcony, basically unusable. Poor communication before and during stay. Additional charges.
From pick up at the airport the driver was very helpful and welcoming
