DID NOT LIKE: Getting in was not a problem. However on leaving, were unable to lock front door from outside (much trying). So we locked the front door from inside, went out the back, closed the back/exterior door, opened roller door with remote, walked out through roller door, closed roller door, had to push remote through letterbox. We assumed it got stuck in the letterbox as no drop was heard. This was not easy flow. As there was more than one of us, one drove the car, the other negotiated the remote.

− ---In order to use the shower, the user had to turn on a button in the corridor. This was not immediately obvious, and we struggled with the shower, finding it impossible to turn on. As it was a very hot day, this made us very us angry, especially as it was a Sunday night and we could not shower. The following morning we discovered the button in the corridor. Then the shower worked. This was a small but crucial detail that should have been made obvious to a first-time user, but was not. Strong suggestion = PUT A WRITTEN NOTICE IN THE BATHROOM ON THE SHOWER DOOR TO EXPLAIN HOW IT FUNCTIONS. --- Back patio has no gate on it, so anyone could simply enter property, approach, access and enter the bedroom windows. Thus we felt it necessary to sleep with bedroom windows closed. It was very hot. There is only one fan, so second bedroom had closed window and no fan. This was NOT comfortable. SOLUTION = ENCLOSE PATIO SOMEHOW TO PROVIDE SECURITY AND PRIVACY, AND/OR PUT SOME DESCRIPTION OF SHUTTERS OR BARS ON THE BEDROOM WINDOWS.

A great stay in a nice flat , I would definitely stay here again if working back in Cardiff.

The flat is nice and spacious, has 2 large bedrooms, and a kitchen full of utensils so if you want to cook your own meals this is not a problem. There is a good size car park which is behind a roller shutter which keeps it fairly secure. There is a building site next door but luckily enough there were no works going on when I stayed. There is a great little pub literally a 2 minute walk along the same street that has lots of different beers, really nice food and big screen to watch the football.

− The water pressure is not the most powerful but still adequate enough for a nice warm shower.

− The door lock wouldn't work and after trying to call the number give multiple times with no success and waiting for over 30 minutes trying to fix it. The door lock itself wasn't charged and I had to put it on charge before being able to leave. Small stains on the pillows.

Was fine but could be cleaned better and not much can be done about location but people with young families should be aw

Comfy beds

− The apartment wasn't cleaned to a very high standard, beds were clean but everything else wasn't great The location was terrible. Used needles everywhere outside.
