10.0This is a new hotel. It seemed like every detail was considered. For example, there was a water station by the elevator on the second floor. The room (king with pullout) was thoughtfully designed - spacious and comfortable for three adults. In 2026, I have traveled to Costa Rica, Portugal, Oklahoma, and Banff, but this is THE best hotel I have experienced.

Our stay overall was very good after getting by the booking site mishap
9.0Even though there was an issue with the booking due to the site, the receptionist took care of the situation and helped our family out
− The breakfast could’ve been a little bit better, waffles were undercooked, and pancakes were a little mushy
