The property has great potential if the owner is not greedy for money.
4.0The property was clean when we arrived.
− Despite having to pay more than 70,000 pesos for a family of 15 for 2 nights, the property did not have any cutleries, plates, and cups. You literally have to pay (not even rent) for towels. There was a karaoke machine provided for entertainment yet the microphone was broken and they did nothing to fix or replace it. The only cleaning materials provided were very old and used broom and dustpan. The property also highlighted being a beach front villa, yet you can’t really swim on it because it’s too deep already and it is not advisable to do so. The worst part was, the owner asked us to pay for an additional 6k, that later turned into 7k then 8k pesos. ☠️

− Beach is not clean, pictures of the villa from the app ate very decieving. Staff not helpful. Host is very inconsiderate. Price of the villa is way expensive-
It’s no worth for the money.
3.0Swimming pool with infinity view is good
− No Facilities for the guests. Even there is no bath towel, soap or shampoo. Kitchen was there but no utilities. There is no use of it.

− The beach front, it’s nớt recommended for swimming activities. It does not have shore line, solid rock formations.
