6.0Der Ausblick war wunderschön, das Bett sehr bequem.
− Beim Fahrstuhl gingen mehrfach die Türen nicht auf. In der Wohnung war es nicht besonders sauber. In der Mikrowelle waren noch Essensreste, die Steckdosen im Bad sind lose, der Esstisch war klebrig und dreckig.

10.0I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is perfect – close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants, yet quiet enough to relax. The check-in process was smooth and well organized. The host was very responsive, friendly, and always available for questions, which made the stay even more comfortable. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a short or longer stay, including a comfortable bed and a modern kitchen. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to stay here again in the future.
Property overrated for price and description
6.0Proximity to subway station. There is a shortcut through the Dong Bei Lou restaurant. Proximity to Edeka (lovely grocery store) and bakeries. Proximity to Folkwang. Decent view.
− While the view is decent, it does not have the feel associated with “penthouse”. While the neighborhood is safe, the entryway and surroundings were seedy. We were approached by homeless asking for money several times. There was not enough hot water in the shower. The kitchen was tiny so we actually skipped preparing meals eventhough we had intended to do so. We found an article of clothing underneath the bed, which indicated that the flat was not properly cleaned.
Everything was lovely. The view of the city was excellent.
