5.0This is my second booking at Azure North (not this unit) since I had to extend my stay, unfortunately the previous one was no longer available because of another guest.
− The service itself, particularly a guy named Marlon. I had to follow up multiple times just to get the answers that I need. (They asked for a deposit which I’ve never experienced before … understandable though but one thing that really upset me was this guy had the nerve to say “kalma lang” after asking follow up on our deposit). In this industry, hospitality and customer service should have a standard. Also the place was not pristine as how it looks on the photos. There were scratches and the cabinets were hard to open. Not to mention that the kitchen sink clogged and I reported it to Marlon only to receive a reply the next day reminding us of our check out. I do not recommend.
