− Sooo tired to check in & out.. parking @ different building / lobby @ different building and the room also @ different building 😩 Lifts are really slow and scary coz vibrate and got eakk noise 😰 Lift always full of cleaning staff trolley especially when check out time.. I need to wait almost 40 minutes just to get down.. 😭

7.0− The large window leaked with the rain. The handbasin leaked onto the floor during use. Following communications with the hotel prior to arrival it was not stipulated that check in was no earlier than 3pm. I was asked about my arrival time and I notified the hotel that I was going to be there at lunch time. I was very disappointed with this lack of clarity. I had been up all night flying and was very tired. I am a solo traveller and was given a room that opened into another room which had no locking mechanism. This I discovered at 9.21pm when someone in the other room opened my door.
