5.0Location is convenient, close to Yumbo and the beach. The balcony is a nice addition too. The host was nice to let us check in early, although there was miscommunication. I would have prefered to have a later check if it meant to have a properly cleaned apartment.
− The building is a little old and run down. The apartment in itself is ok, if it was clean perhaps it would have made a better impression. Shower sliding door is broken (and it seems it was reported before but the host did not do anything?). The apartment was dirty. Floor was really not clean, you can tell it was rushed and barely cleaned. I had to clean the toilets again. Aircon is only in the living room, and not in the bedroom.

8.0Todo muy bien en general, cómodo, limpio, muy bonito decorado y muy buena ubicación, con supermercado debajo del hotel y muy cerca de la playa.
− La mampara de la ducha no corría bien y tuvimos problemas a la hora de cerrarla y abrirla.

10.0Excellent apartment, renovated and comfortable. Located very close to the beach, to the supermarket and the centre. Excellent position. The communication with the host was fast,friendly and helpful. Very recommended
