Very good
8.0Space was comfortable, supplies (utensils, linens, etc.) very generous. Nice kitchen in particular. Excellent location within 15 minute walk of Yale libraries, and close to beautiful park and a dog park!
− Lighting options in the main room are either glaring or dim. One or two more floor lamps would help when working at the dining room table on my computer. There was often a lot of litter in the parking lot and grounds.
Great spot for a brief stay near the downtown/Yale area!
9.0It was great that the location was close to downtown without being in a congested area! The unit was spacious and the smart lock was easy to operate and reliable.
− There were some remnants of cleaning on the ground when we came in, like bits of cardboard scrap or something that hadn't been properly vacuumed/swept up. Not a huge deal, just something to note. Also not a big deal, but the shower curtain had about a 1-inch hole right in the center of it, could be from the last guests for all we knew. One last thing... the TV was of decent quality and had a nice selection of apps, but it was simply mounted too high. There's no need for it to be up there and it's ergonomically bad for everyone's neck, regardless of the height of the person. Ideally, the top of the TV should meet your eye level but in this case even the bottom of the TV was well above that. I was tempted to post on the subreddit r/TVTooHigh but restrained myself. :) I hope none of this comes off too nit-picky or critical, I just want to give good feedback to help make your next guests stay as great as possible. This was generally a really lovely stay!
