Wir sind hin und hergerissen, Wiederholungsgefahr gleich null. Schade um das tolle Apartment.
7.0An sich ein tolles Apartment mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, große Kühlgefrierkombi, super Balkone, tolle Lage, kostenloser Tiefgaragenstellplatz, leider überall extremer Renovierungsstau
− In gewissen Bereichen ist es notwendig Reparaturen durchzuführen. Die ganze Wohnung roch nach Kaminrauch. Beide Balkone ungepflegt und Möbel teilweise schmutzig. In der Küche war ein toller Hängeschrank für Geschirr und Gläser,nur leider war die Öffnungsmechanik defekt, so dass immer einer die Schranktür hochhalten musste damit der andere Sachen rausnehmen konnte. Das Gefrierfach war fast komplett voll mit Sachen von Vormietern. Insgesamt in Küche und Voratskammer etliche Überbleibsel von Vormietern, teilweise seit Jahren abgelaufen.

− Vi valgte denne ret dyre bolig alene af den grund, at der blev lovet flodudsigt. Da vi kom til lejligheden kunne vi ikke få øje på floden, og spurgte det venlige par der sørgede for vores adgang til boligen, hvor vi kunne se floden fra. Svaret var, at der ikke er flodudsigt. Vi skrev til værten for at få hendes kommentar til dette, og fik det svar at man godt kunne se floden - hvilket er en usandhed. Vi kontaktede Booking.com, der forgæves har forsøgt at få hendes reaktion. Så vores ophold levede ikke op til det lovede, derfor den dårlige rating. Men lejligheden i sig selv er glimrende.

Enjoyable stay in Koblenz. A beautiful city, friendly and easy access to the Rhine.
8.0Great Location for seeing old town Koblenz, the Rhine, sightseeing and eating out. Having two balconies works well - one bustling old town, one quiet views of the fortress. A good idea having fans available for hot weather.
− We would have liked some instructions (paper or verbal) on how to use 'gadgets' e.g. sliding doors, as we had to contact the keyholder a couple of times. The dish washer didn't work and it would have been good to have been informed about this prior to filling it with plates.
