From the very first moment, the atmosphere was relaxing and you immediately feel at ease. The location is ideal: Siena is close by, and at the bottom of the hill there are two authentic Italian restaurants with local people and local prices. Eating breakfast surrounded by olive and wine trees, enjoying an aperitivo while watching the sunset, and spending time at the swimming pool, it’s just perfect. It’s also a great base for gravel biking, as you can start your rides directly from the accommodation. Definitely book the wine tasting with Francesco — it’s a unique experience. I’ve done many before, but this one felt truly refreshing.
